Overview
Upstream USA partners with healthcare organizations across the U.S. to expand patient-centered contraceptive care. The program combines training for providers and care teams, systems support (stocking, billing and coding, EHR data) and up to $50,000 in milestone payments to offset staff time spent on practice change.
Partnership is at no cost to the health center. Organizations can apply at any time.
