United Way of Sevier County provides annual funding to support community organizations and non-profits working across several focus areas including youth development, legal aid, senior services, healthcare, homelessness prevention, and child advocacy.

  • Applying organization/agency must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit in good standing with the Internal Revenue Service
  • Organization must be in good standing with the State of Tennessee
  • Organization must have a current charitable solicitations permit

  • Youth Development: Boy Scouts of America Great Smoky Mountain Council, Sevier County Youth Center
  • Legal Services: Legal Aid of East Tennessee
  • Senior Services: Sevier County Council on Aging
  • Healthcare: Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic (general medicine, dental services for uninsured)
  • Homelessness Prevention: Tennessee Valley Coalition for the Homeless, Smoky Mountain Area Rescue Ministries
  • Child Advocacy: Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center, Child Advocacy Center
  • Emergency Assistance: Salvation Army Sevierville Corps, Safespace, Women's Recovery Home
  • Fire/Emergency Services: Seymour Volunteer Fire Department
