• Services must be concentrated to UWCK's service region (Hardin, Breckinridge, Grayson, LaRue, and Meade Counties)
• Must align with at least one of UWCK's focus areas to achieve Community Impact priority outcomes
• Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, school district, or coalition of agencies with a nonprofit Fiscal Agent

UWCK solves complex and costly community challenges by forging partnerships, mobilizing resources, and finding new solutions. The organization supports programs addressing health, education, and financial stability needs. UWCK extends support to partners through various initiatives including annual Day of Action volunteer activities, emergency funding, and the Mini-Grants Program.
