Application Procedures

Essay Requirements:
- Maximum 500 words
- Must include applicant's name, address, phone number
- Must include name of the school
- Topic assigned by TVEC

Verification: TVEC verifies residency and membership before sending applications to scholarship committee
Proof of Enrollment: After selection, recipient must provide proof of registration/enrollment to institution before payment is released

- Public school students: counselors notified
