Vision: To cultivate enduring, positive impacts on individuals and families within adaptive communities and youth sports programs worldwide. The foundation envisions a future where everyone can lead their healthiest life through equitable access to recreational and athletic opportunities.

Eligibility:

• Charitable organizations with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
• Preference given to organizations that are not private foundations or Type III supporting organizations
• Organizations aligned with TRF's vision of recreational equity and inclusive athletics
• Organizations willing to innovate and implement unconventional approaches

Selection Criteria:

• Strength of focus
• Depth of insight
• Underlying concept quality

• Adaptive sports programs

• Equipment and technology for adaptive athletes
• Volunteer training and support
• Year-round recreational programs (skiing, biking, paddling, outdoor recreation)
• Scholarships and financial assistance to remove participation barriers

Geographic Considerations: While global in scope, foundation has strong ties to New Hampshire (particularly Franconia and Cannon Mountain areas) and has supported programs in Vermont and beyond.
