Building career pathways to economic mobility We’re investing in organizations, programs, and initiatives that help disadvantaged adult workers navigate the employment journey. OUR GOALS: Enable and equip frontline workersfootnoteDisclosure 1 and unemployed adults, including diverse workers, with the tools and resources they need to move into middle-skillfootnoteDisclosure 2 jobs that provide economic mobility and more pathways for people to thrive. OUR GOALS: Strengthen the supports that allow minority and women-owned small businesses to become more financially sustainable and resilient by eliminating structural barriers to growth, and improving knowledge sharing, collaboration and innovation within the small business ecosystem. Eligibility

Truist supports nonprofit organizations that serve critical needs in their communities.The following types of organizations may qualify to receive funding:Grants may be approved for organizations classified as 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) public charities under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This includes churches (for secular, charitable programs only), educational organizations, hospitals, and publicly supported organizations.Organizations, as well as the intended use of funds, must align to one of the established Truist Foundation giving pillars and must not fall under the “non-qualifying” or “ineligible” categories below. Additionally, evaluation of each grant request will be based on such factors as program management and budget, sources of income population served, distinctive features and community impact.All organizations must be U.S.-based.All organizations must comply with the USA Patriot Act.
