Tribal Scholar Grant Jeannette Rankin was the first U.S. Congresswoman representing Montana and a passionate social and racial justice advocate. Our Tribal Scholar Grants are awarded to individuals attending Tribal Colleges across the country. Tribal Scholar Grants are up to $2,500 annually, distributed directly to recipients and are renewable for up to five years.
