Transportation Funding Request

The Dixon Gallery & Gardens provides funding to cover transportation costs for school groups and facilities visiting the museum.

Application Process

1. Complete the online form with the following required information:
- School or Facility Name
- Teacher or Group Leader's First and Last Name
- Teacher or Group Leader's Phone Number
- Teacher or Group Leader's Email
- Financial Secretary's Name
- Financial Secretary's Email
- Date of Confirmed Visit
- Grades/Age Group
- Number of Students or Visitors
- Number of Chaperones or Staff
- Bus Company to be Used
- How you heard about Dixon Express
- Additional comments/message

2. Approval Confirmation:
- After submission, applicant will receive an email from Margarita Sandino confirming approval
- If no email received within reasonable timeframe, contact msandino@dixon.org to check status

3. Invoice Submission:
- Dixon will pay the bus company directly upon receipt of invoice
- Invoice must be dated within the school year of the museum visit
