Overview
Grant opportunity for public libraries across Tennessee to provide community services including training hotspots, solar charging tables, and internal connections. Supported by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. All participating libraries must provide digital literacy training to the public (minimum 4 public digital literacy classes if no training funds requested). Match requirements based on population served: 5% (up to 9,999), 10% (10,000-49,000), 20% (49,001+). Grant contracts run July 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027.
