Overview
Grant opportunity for public libraries across Tennessee to provide services for their communities. Funds available for training hotspots, solar charging tables, and internal connections. Match requirements based on population served (5%-20% local match). All participating libraries must provide digital literacy training to the public, or document at least 4 public digital literacy classes during grant period. Grant contracts run July 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027.
