Overview
Grant opportunity for public libraries across Tennessee to provide services to their communities. Funds available for training hotspots, solar charging tables, and internal connections. All participating libraries must provide digital literacy training to the public. Match requirements based on population served: 5% (up to 9,999), 10% (10,000-49,000), or 20% (49,001+). Grant contracts run July 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027.
