    How to Apply

    1. Access the Online Application
    - No account required to submit
    - Visit the USAASF online grant application portal
    - Applicants can print and proofread draft applications before final submission

    2. Submit Required Documents
    - Complete the online grant application form
    - Upload IRS Form W-9 with tax identification number (REQUIRED)
    - Upload non-profit status letter (REQUIRED)
    - Upload all supporting documents to the online application system
    - Maximum combined attachment size: 25 MB

    3. Application Components

    - Grant request details
    - Program/project description
    - Budget information

    4. Submission
    - Submit through the online application system
    - You will see a confirmation webpage upon successful submission
    - You will receive an email confirmation
    - If you don't receive email confirmation, contact grants@usaartisticswimmingfoundation.org

    5. Before Deadline
    - Applications can be retrieved and edited before the July 11 deadline
    - For questions or technical issues, contact grants@usaartisticswimmingfoundation.org
    - If you forgot to submit an attachment, email it to grants@usaartisticswimmingfoundation.org with organization name in subject line

    6. Reporting Requirements
    - Grantees must submit interim and final reports
    - Final Grant Report due no later than July 31
    - Request report templates from astyninger@usaartisticswimmingfoundation.org or sandra.mahoney@usaartisticswimmingfoundation.org
    - Photos and testimonials will be requested for Foundation publicity purposes (social media, reports, etc.)

    7. Special Notes
    - If applying for both Traditional AND Education Grant, you MUST fill two SEPARATE applications
    - Grant recipients in good standing may reapply the following year
