Geographic Scope: Hamilton County, Indiana (includes cities of Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, and surrounding areas)

Total Funding to Date: More than $15 million in grants and support funding since program inception

Focus Areas:
The program funds tourism-focused non-profit organizations, art districts, events and festivals. As of 2024, grants are centered around Hamilton County Tourism's "Inspire Hamilton County" initiatives with four focus areas:

• Planet - Sustainability and environmental initiatives
• Prosperity - Economic development and business growth
• People - Community engagement and social inclusion (including DEAI - Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion)
• Place - Destination development and community vitality

Eligible Applicants:

• Non-profit organizations
• Tourism-related organizations
• Arts organizations
• Event and festival organizers
• Historical societies and cultural organizations
• Must be based in Hamilton County

Recent Funding:

• 2025 cycle: $122,000 distributed to 40+ organizations
• 2024 cycle: $95,000 distributed to 30+ organizations
• 2023 cycle: $55,000 distributed to 30+ organizations

Mission: Uses the tourism economy as a catalyst to give back to the community, supporting organizations that create a vibrant, thriving community and destination
