Georgia Department of Education There are 1.7 million students in Georgia’s public schools – and it’s our goal at the Georgia Department of Education to improve outcomes and expand opportunities for each one of them. Through child-focused and classroom-centered policies, a strong focus on the foundations, and increased relevance and opportunities in the later grades, we’re working to ensure all students graduate ready to contribute to their communities and live fulfilling, productive lives. Top State for Talent Grant: High Demand Career Equipment Grant Purpose The Top State for Talent Grant: High Demand Career Equipment is intended to support the implementation or enhancement of a CTAE program in the delivery of a High Demand CareerPathway. Funding amounts are correlated to the Construction Related Equipment (CRE)-modified lab designated amounts. Local system CTAE Directors may apply for the grant funds. Each grant shall include funding for the purchase of capital equipment.Eligibility
