Tom Holder Memorial Scholarships for Kids

Funder: Carroll County Arts Council Inc (scholarship fund established by friends and family in memory of Tom Holder)

Purpose: Enable kids from Carroll County to enroll in arts classes, camps, and theatre troupe, regardless of their ability to pay.

Background on Tom Holder: Tom Holder was a true visionary and consummate artist. He designed the Arts Council's logo and his work ranged from complex abstract paintings to light-hearted drawings on the chalk board at Harry's Main Street Grille.
