Note: The grant process begins with the Introduction Form. We accept Introduction Forms annually from January to March. Intro: Innovative Charitable Investment in Greater St. Louis Area Children and Youth. We believe in investing in game-changing programs for children with developmental, intellectual and physical disabilities that engage and inspire young minds, heal growing bodies, and cultivate dreams of bright, confident futures. We believe that leading-edge ideas in K-16 education can change the course of a future—one bright mind at a time. Since 1926, we’ve pursued Cap Tilles’ vision of providing a helping hand for children in need. We aren’t interested in simply writing a check. We’re an active board of non-profit leaders, investment advisors, and business owners who seek to be long-term partners with like-minded non-profit organizations—child-centric organizations who are making a measurable difference in our community for the future. Giving Strategy Every grant relationship begins with listening and learning on our part. We look to our non-profit partners as experts in their fields, and we consider whether we can make a meaningful difference as a community partner. We look for effective community leaders—with measurable outcomes, using best practices. We’re interested in learning about how non-profit organizations are making a positive impact on the children of St. Louis, and what innovative ideas non-profit leaders have for the future. The mission of the Tilles Foundation is to ensure that disadvantaged children receive education and other services needed to prepare them to find work and help themselves.Eligibility
