Only nonprofit organizations classified by the IRS as 501 (c)(3) are eligible to apply for a charitable contribution.All contribution requests are reviewed for compliance with our policies and relevant legal and industry requirements, including guidelines set forth by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA).Applications are evaluated competitively with emphasis given to innovative programs with measurable outcomes that address disparities or areas of high unmet need.Funding decisions will consider prevalence, population served, program design, organizational capacity, and anticipated outcomes.

Ineligibility
