Team Member Applicants (Non-Leadership):

Employment Status: Must be employed in good standing at Penick Village

Tenure: Minimum 6 months at time of application

Hours Worked: Minimum 520 hours in the 12 months preceding application (employment type does not matter—full-time, part-time, or PRN eligible)

Position: All team members eligible except Leadership team members

Enrollment: Must be enrolled in any credentialed educational program

Children/Grandchildren of Team Members:

Eligibility: Children and grandchildren of both Leadership and Non-Leadership team members are eligible
