The SCALE Fellowship Program
Overview: A comprehensive fellowship program designed to advance and support Black women in the music industry. SCALE offers a curriculum building entrepreneurial acumen and music industry knowledge, with tools, resources, and community to enhance artistic practice and career building.

Alumni: Program has graduated 23 fellows since launching in 2021 with 8 initial artists
