The Transformative Leader Program

Overview: An 8-month leadership development and award program for social impact, social justice, and nonprofit leaders addressing systemic inequity through social, cultural, economic, or community-based solutions.

Focus Areas:

Recognizing leaders making impact in their communities

Building strategies to navigate systemic barriers

Designing sustainable solutions for change

Systems change, operations improvement, and relationship building

Key Principles: Justice, equity, and inclusion as core principles, with infrastructure designed and led by individuals with both lived experience and expertise.

Program Components:

Facilitated learning through discussions with a designed curriculum

Individualized personal leadership development

Organizational growth plans centered on equity, efficiency, and impact

Mentoring and coaching based on individual needs

Training, tools, and resources focused on wellness and care for social impact leaders

Virtual workshops and individual leadership strategy sessions

Participation in AMPLIFY award celebration event

Eligibility:

Leaders from all sectors welcome to apply, including:

- Government and political leaders
