An 8-month leadership development and award program for social impact, social justice, and nonprofit leaders addressing systemic inequity through social, cultural, economic, or community-based solutions.
Focus Areas:
- Recognizing leaders making impact in their communities
- Building strategies to navigate systemic barriers
- Designing sustainable solutions for change
- Systems change, operations improvement, and relationship building
Key Principles: Justice, equity, and inclusion as core principles, with infrastructure designed and led by individuals with both lived experience and expertise.
Program Components:
- Facilitated learning through discussions with a designed curriculum
- Individualized personal leadership development
- Organizational growth plans centered on equity, efficiency, and impact
- Mentoring and coaching based on individual needs
- Training, tools, and resources focused on wellness and care for social impact leaders
- Virtual workshops and individual leadership strategy sessions
- Participation in AMPLIFY award celebration event
