The Lowell Hill, Virginia Wilson Hill and Pegine Hill Memorial Scholarship Fund was created in 2022 by Virginia Tameron Hedge to honor the legacy of her grandparents, Lowell & Virginia (Wilson) Hill and her mother, Pegine Hill.

This fund is a renewable scholarship that will be awarded annually to a Middle Tennessee student, specifically the 40 counties served by the CFMT, with a preference given to students from Bedford or Williamson County.

Eligibility

Applicants will be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and majoring in education, theology, music, film, historic preservation/public history, or the fine arts. Applicants will need to be well-rounded and in good academic standing demonstrated by a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Applicants must demonstrate financial need in their application and will be the primary factor for the committee to consider.
