Our portal is designed to cater to your individual needs and interests, offering access to a wide range of workshops, programs and resources—all with the guidance and understanding of what it takes to build a life and career in an often unpredictable industry. The Creative Economy Fund The purpose of this fund is to provide support to digital creators, those working in the digital creator industry and/or arts and entertainment workers who have lost or damaged homes due to the LA Wildfires.Eligibility

Individual CreatorThe principal owner/operator of a channel in the YouTube Partner Program as of December 31, 2024.Required Proof of Role: Form 1099-NEC from Google/AdSense for the most recent tax year OR Screenshot of YouTube Studio showing a Channel’s handle/name part of the YPP program and the applicant’s email having access to that YouTube Channel (example)Directly Engaged Creator Professional (Employee or Freelancer)An individual directly paid by a Creator or a Creator’s legal entity for creative or operational services (e.g., editor, producer, manager, etc.).Required Proof of Role: Screenshot of YouTube Studio showing a Channel’s handle/name part of the YPP program and the applicant’s email having access to that YouTube Channel (example) OR Email sent to the applicant’s address from an address associated with the channel explaining the association of the applicant to the YouTube Channel (requires screenshot of Studio showing sender’s email having access to a YPP YouTube Channel) (example)Employees from Influencer Marketing Agency or Talent Management FirmsAn employee of an Influencer Marketing Agency, Talent Management Firm or other third-party company whose work is primarily focused on supporting YouTube creators.Required Proof of Role: A W-2 from the registered Agency/Firm AND a letter from their employer verifying their role and its connection to the YouTube ecosystem.Other Creative Professionals:Professional work in the performing arts and entertainment community that meets the Entertainment Community Fund’s Emergency Assistance eligibility.Required Proof: Documentation of professional performing arts and entertainment earnings within theater, film, television, music, radio and dance for the most recent three consecutive years, AND at least three separate years must document an annual income of a minimum of $10,000.For those 60 years and older, documented 20 years of performing arts income, with a minimum of 10 years of at least $5,000 in annual earnings.Additional Required DocumentationProof of Role: W-2 or 1099 documents as outlined above.Proof of LA County Residence: A utility bill, lease agreement or driver’s license from January 2025 showing a Los Angeles County address.Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as driver’s license, State ID, Passport.Proof of Fire Impact: Documentation demonstrating direct impact of fire on the applicant’s home (partial damage or complete destruction). Acceptable documents include:Proof of FEMA or SBA assistance OR Homeowners or Renters insurance claim documents.Ineligibility
