The Ben Hogan Award Presented by PNC Bank

Overview: An annual award honoring the top men's college golfer based on collegiate, amateur and professional events over the previous 12 months. Originally established by Friends of Golf in 1990 at Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles; moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 2002.

Geographic Scope: National (NCAA Division I, II, or III; NAIA; NJCAA)

Eligibility:

  • Male college golfers from NCAA Division I, II, or III; NAIA; or NJCAA programs

  • Performance based on collegiate, amateur, and professional events over previous 12 months

  • Top-ranked amateur and collegiate golfers

  • Overall competitive record across all levels
