The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI) Scholarships

Award Recipients: Two (2) PLDIC member employees annually

Programs Supported:

  • The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI) Executive Leadership Academy

  • The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI) Emerging Leaders Program
  • Program Focus: Both TALI programs are tailored to support rising Black leaders and their allies

    Eligibility: Employees of PLDIC member organizations

    Recent Recipients (2025-2026):

  • Sidnee McDonald (Associate at Cozen O'Connor, PLDIC YPAB Member, previous PLDIC Volunteer of the Year) - awarded scholarship for TALI Emerging Leaders Program (runs January-June 2026)

  • Imogene Cathey (Vice President and General Counsel at Seton Hill University) - awarded scholarship for TALI National Executive Leadership Academy (runs February-June 2026)
  • Background: Established in 2022 as part of the Coalition's commitment to supporting diverse legal professionals in leadership development
