The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI) Scholarships

Eligibility: Employees of PLDIC member organizations

Sidnee McDonald (Associate at Cozen O'Connor, PLDIC YPAB Member, previous PLDIC Volunteer of the Year) - awarded scholarship for TALI Emerging Leaders Program (runs January-June 2026)

Imogene Cathey (Vice President and General Counsel at Seton Hill University) - awarded scholarship for TALI National Executive Leadership Academy (runs February-June 2026)

Background: Established in 2022 as part of the Coalition's commitment to supporting diverse legal professionals in leadership development
