Award Amount: $4,000 per scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a son or daughter of an active or retired Game Warden, or a Game Warden interested in Continuing Education of the United States or Canada
- Must have completed coursework qualifying as a Sophomore or higher at time of application
- Must have a strong PRO HUNTING viewpoint on wildlife management and land management
- Must be an active hunter
- Must maintain a 3.0 or better grade point average
- Must demonstrate good leadership abilities
- Graduate students must include copy of Thesis project information (no more than 1 page)
- Graduate students must submit both undergraduate and graduate transcripts
Application Details
Applicants must submit a total of seven (7) pages including:
1. Introductory cover letter
2. Resume (including courses yet to be completed)
3. Official transcript
4. Two (2) letters of recommendation
5. Current photograph
Deadline: May 1 annually. Applications received after May 1 will be applied to the following year.
