    Eligibility Requirements

  • Eligible applicants: Non-profit organizations including 501(c)(3)s, schools, educational organizations, government agencies, churches, and religious institutions
  • Geographic requirement: Organization must serve residents within Marshall, Bryan, Grayson, or Fannin counties
  • Service requirement: For organizations located outside the 4-county area, must provide documentation of direct service and impact within the 4-county region. Dollars must be expended for direct benefit of residents in the service area.
  • Project types: Projects and capital campaigns are eligible

    Fannin County Hospital Authority Fund

    A specialized fund within THF structure:
  • Purpose: Support health and well-being of Fannin County residents
  • Priority: Mental health and wellness programs, plus access to care
  • Geographic priority: Organizations physically providing services within Fannin County receive priority
  • Administration: Overseen by Fannin County Hospital Authority with THF as fiduciary agent

    - THF evaluates all eligible applications
