Overview: TEXO recognizes great members and great workers through individual awards. Five awards are available for nominations recognizing outstanding commitment to the industry.

Geographic Scope: North Texas (TEXO service area)

Award Categories:

  • Jackie Humphrey Memorial Woman of the Year Award

  • Superintendent of the Year (General)

  • Superintendent of the Year (Specialty)

  • Safety Professional of the Year (General)

  • Safety Professional of the Year (Specialty)

  • Buddy Brumley Legacy Award (all-new)

    • Eligibility:

  • Employees of TEXO member companies

  • Must be nominated by their company

    • Recognition:

  • Winners recognized at TEXO Holiday & Awards Gala in December

    • Timeline:

  • Nominations open in fall

  • Due at end of October each year
