TSAHC is now accepting applications for the 2026 Texas Foundations Fund grant cycle. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until 5:00 pm CDT on August 1, 2026 or until funding is no longer available. About Us TSAHC works to preserve, facilitate and expand affordable housing opportunities for Texans. Our vision is that every Texan will have a place to call home. TSAHC's Mission We facilitate, preserve, and expand affordable housing opportunities for Texans. TSAHC's Vision Every Texan will have a place to call home. Texas Foundations Fund: Annual Grant Through the Texas Foundations Fund, TSAHC partners with nonprofit organizations across Texas to support housing programs that assist very low income households. To date TSAHC has invested more than $11 million to support the following: Home repairs and accessibility modifications in owner-occupied homes Supportive housing services, such as case management, mental health counseling and housing and financial counseling, proven to help households maintain their housing stability.
