Program Overview

The Teachers Mini-Grant program has been supporting AUSD teachers and staff for over 20 years. AEF awards grants that help take inspirational teacher proposals from ideas to reality, enhancing students' achievement and educational experiences.

Who Can Apply

• All non-administrative AUSD staff and faculty

Eligibility Requirements

Proposals must be:
• Student-centered
• Related to the curriculum
• Designed to directly benefit students
• Focused on enhancing and improving student achievement

Projects that serve a larger number of students and utilize non-consumable items are desired but not required.

Application Requirements

• Completed application form
• Principal approval

Projects may enhance educational experiences in areas such as:
• Science
• Math
• History
• Music
• Sports
• Fine Arts
• STEM-based, tech-integrated initiatives
• Social-emotional learning
• Early learning initiatives
