Teacher Excellence Awards

The Teacher Excellence Awards celebrate exceptional educators. This teacher recognition program, in partnership with Helios Education Foundation, highlights the dedication, compassion, and positive impact teachers have on students' lives. Whether it's a creative lesson, a caring gesture, or a lasting influence, this program recognizes every teacher's hard work.

Eligibility

Any PreK–12 teacher in Southern Arizona who makes a difference in students' lives is eligible for the Teacher Excellence Awards. We welcome nominations for teachers from public, private, and charter schools. If you know an educator who goes the extra mile through creativity, kindness, or a positive impact in the classroom, this is your chance to recognize them.

Prize:

• Live presentation with a printed certificate
• Flowers or a plant
• $250 cash
• $100 classroom supplies gift card

How to Participate

1. Community members, parents, students, colleagues, and administrators can nominate a teacher who inspires excellence and makes a difference every day

Submit a nomination through the Teacher Excellence Award Nomination Form with:
