Supporting Our Neighbors Fund

Purpose: Assisting nonprofit organizations providing support for individuals and families facing urgent needs due to immigration and policy-related concerns.

Focus Areas

• Community outreach
• Legal assistance
• Community education about immigrant and LGBTQ+ rights
• Basic needs
• Access to mental and physical health services
• Food security

Eligibility

• Invitation-only: Grant applications are by invitation only
• Organizations must have existing programs
• Demonstrated ability to collect and manage data
• Recent successful outcomes
• As this grant program grows, additional grant applications may be accepted

• Award Date: As Needed

Recent Grantees

• ACTION Council of Monterey County: $100,000
• Epicenter of Monterey (Our Gente Queer and Trans Youth Collective): $20,000
• Watsonville Law Center: $185,000
• Ventures (Immigrant Critical Support): $115,000

• Guidelines are subject to change to be flexible and responsive to needs as they arise
• Partners can expand grantmaking through gifts to the Supporting Our Neighbors Fund
