Suncoast Scholarships Suncoast is a proud supporter of public education. Since 1990, Suncoast Credit Union Foundation has provided more than $3.1 million in scholarships to students pursuing higher education. Scholarships are available to high school seniors who live in the counties served by Suncoast Credit Union and who demonstrate a need for financial assistance, possess leadership abilities and achieve high academic performance. College Scholarships - Charlotte County The Suncoast Credit Union is awarding three (3) $2,000 Suncoast Credit Union Scholars scholarships to high school seniors in Charlotte County through the Charlotte Local Education Foundation.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:Must be high school seniors attending a traditional public or charter school or participating in home school or distance learning options sanctioned by the School District.Be enrolled in accredited 4-year college/university, 2-year college or technical school in Florida. Begin post-secondary school in 2025-26 academic year.Use scholarship funds for tuition, required educational institution fees, and/or other direct course-related expenses required of all students enrolled in the course of instruction, such as books, supplies and equipment.Understand that if awarded, scholarship funds will be mailed by the foundation directly to the student’s institution on behalf of the student.

Ineligibility

Private school students are not eligible to apply.NOT be Directors, employees, or family members of Directors or employees of Suncoast Credit Union, Members Title Company, Members Insurance Services, Members Trust Company or Suncoast Realty Solutions LLC
