Geographic Scope: Northern Sierra Nevada and adjacent regions

Focus Areas: Field-based research focused on birds and/or environmental factors that affect birds

    Eligibility

  • Graduate students conducting field-based research
  • Focus on birds and/or environmental factors affecting birds in the Northern Sierra Nevada and adjacent regions
  • Applicants do not need to be a US Citizen
  • Students may receive up to two grants from SFAS during their graduate studies
  • Applicants seeking a second grant must submit a Follow-up Report Form prior to the application deadline
