Application Process

1. Review confirmation items - Read and affirm all program requirements and commitments listed on the application page
2. Complete registration form - Fill out all required information in the online application form
3. Affirm all conditions - You must agree to all items before submitting, including:
- Attending all 13 main sessions and small groups (or watching recordings if necessary)
- Attending all 13 mentoring sessions
- Completing daily devotions and assessment forms sincerely
- Maintaining confidentiality of information shared
- Informing your church pastor of your participation
- Understanding the program limitations and mentor qualifications
4. Submit application - Complete online form submission
5. Confirmation - Confirmation message displays at top of page upon successful submission; confirmation email sent from "forms-receipts-noreply@google.com"
6. Participation notification - If accepted, you will receive participation confirmation email
7. Payment - Make payment via bank transfer only after receiving participation confirmation email

• Church affiliation and pastor information
• Confirmation of reading and agreeing to all program conditions

Special Considerations

• If many applications received, lottery selection is used
• Scholarships available for theological students and church workers with financial difficulty—consult for details
