Stellar Foundation Grants

The Stellar Foundation Grants support 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations focused on enhancing healthcare, education, cultural events, and community services. Established by the Stellar Foundation in 2006, these grants encourage employee engagement in philanthropy and community development. Applications are accepted quarterly, with a focus on projects that demonstrate clear goals and community impact. Organizations must possess the necessary resources to implement their initiatives effectively.

NOTE: We evaluate proposals on a quarterly basis. To be considered during a particular quarter, you must submit an application by the first of February, May, August, or November.
In 2006, Stellar established the Stellar Foundation to formalize our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
Employees form the heart of the Foundation, donating their time, talent and energy for a multitude of worthwhile causes across the First Coast and beyond.
Our employees live out Stellar’s core values of trust, dedication, transparency, and accountability in everything they do, whether it’s designing and building a range of commercial, public sector or industrial facilities or hosting an annual holiday luncheon to feed the homeless.
To invest in the next generation and continue the cycle of caring, we also encourage employees to make their volunteering efforts a family affair, creating ways for their entire family to participate in giving back.
Criteria
Applicants must operate in—and improve the quality and availability of—healthcare, education, artistic and cultural events, or community services. At the time of application, organizations should have the resources and manpower to develop, implement, and successfully complete their proposed goals.

We will not consider applications related to the following areas:Organizations or programs that discriminate on the basis of: race, religion, creed, gender, disability, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, or national originEducational loansInternational organizationsTravel expenses or fees for conferences or conventionsPolitical organizationsBooks, research papers, or articles in professional journalsMedical research projects or medical procedures for individualsReligious organizations, unless they are engaged in a significant project that benefits a broad base of the communityVeterans’ organizations, professional associations and similar membership groupsPublic or commercial broadcasting programsGrants to individuals, including scholarships or fellowship assistanceFor-profit entities, including startups or small businessesOrganizations requesting funds to cover operating deficitsFilm or video projects, including documentariesPromotional merchandiseConferences, tours, or one-time special eventsOperational costs
