Special Interest Grants- Lillian Ashley Fund

The CFMT Lillian Ashley Fund, managed by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, aims to support children, animals, and environmental conservation in Coffee County. Established by Lillian Ashley, this fund offers grants up to $20,000 for nonprofits that address specific community needs. Eligible organizations include 501(c)(3) public charities and government entities. Lillian Ashley, a Manchester, Tennessee native, lived a wonderful life filled with extensive travel, but Lillian always wanted to give back to the community she loved. She created this endowment to benefit the children, animals, and the environment and conservation efforts of Coffee County.
Funding Goals
Enhance the health and wellbeing of children and youthProvide for the care and welfare of animalsSupport environmental and conservation initiative
Nonprofits may request grants up to a maximum of $20,000. Funding must be used to implement and/or expand a specific set of program-related activities aimed at achieving specific goals and milestones.

Eligibility

Organizations located in Coffee County are welcome to apply for consideration for funding from the Lillian Ashley Fund for Coffee County.Organizations must be 501(c)(3) public charities with an updated GivingMatters.com profile or may be entities of government (i.e., libraries, departments, etc.). Government entities are exempt from the requirement.
