Lillian Ashley Fund Lillian Ashley, a Manchester, Tennessee native, lived a wonderful life filled with extensive travel, but Lillian always wanted to give back to the community she loved. She created this endowment to benefit the children, animals, and the environment and conservation efforts of Coffee County. Funding Goals Enhance the health and wellbeing of children and youthProvide for the care and welfare of animalsSupport environmental and conservation initiative Nonprofits may request grants up to a maximum of $20,000. Funding must be used to implement and/or expand a specific set of program-related activities aimed at achieving specific goals and milestones.
