SPARC is an SBCC program that assists single-parent students who are new to college or are returning after a hiatus. The program addresses the unique needs of single parent students to help them be successful in college and achieve their educational goals.

- Single-parent students new to college

- Traditionally under-resourced and underprepared students

- Increase the number of single parent students who are successfully employed
- Increase the number of single parent students who transfer to four-year universities
