   • GIPL provides expert review of proposals
4. Financing:
   • Work with GIPL on zero-interest loan application
   • Identify additional funding sources (Georgia BRIGHT, tax credits, other grants)
   • Combine multiple funding sources to reach full project cost
5. Installation:
   • Select installer with GIPL guidance
   • Execute loan agreement
   • Begin solar installation
