• Organizations must be exempt from federal tax under section 501(c)(3)
• Located in Ada County, Idaho
• Not classified as private foundations under section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code

GBRF granting priorities address Rotary International's areas of focus and cater to specific needs of Ada County: 1. Support for fine and performing arts, including music, theater and dance 2. Educational opportunities for all ages 3. Health care and social services 4. Outdoor and recreational improvements 5. Programs that enrich lives and futures of youth 6. Promoting Peace 7. Fighting Disease 8. Providing Clean Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene 9. Saving Mothers and Children 10. Growing Local Economies 11. Protecting the Environment

Application Timing

Small grant applications are accepted after large grants are awarded in the funding cycle.

• Sleep in Heavenly Peace - $2,500 (Beds for bedless children)
• JEM FRIENDS - $2,500 (Independent Living Program for at-risk youth)
