Overview: This program carries on the Montpelier Foundation's role held since 1994 - to provide funding for bricks-and-mortar projects that make life better in Montpelier.

- Extension of the Montpelier Bike Path
- Expansion of the press box at Montpelier Recreation Field
- Reconstruction of the Montpelier Senior Activity Center
- Installation of the steel bridge over the North Branch of the Winooski river at the North Branch Nature Center
- The Montpelier Area Mountain Biking Association's work to complete biking trails near the North Branch Nature Center
- The Montpelier Tree Fund's efforts to address problems associated with the Emerald Ash Borer
- Lighting upgrade at City Hall plaza
