Recognition award for organizations that implement initiatives aligned with SHRM Foundation mission areas, including promoting equality and inclusive workplaces.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Have active SHRM membership through July 15 of the year the award is accepted
• Be employed full or part-time
• Have implemented the programming or initiative within the past 24 months from application deadline
• Be able to attend the annual conference in its entirety

Mission Focus

SHRM Foundation recognizes initiatives that demonstrate organizational commitment to creating inclusive and equitable workplaces by empowering HR emerging leaders to make decisions that promote equality.
