Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:

Have active SHRM membership through July 15 of the year the award is accepted

Be employed full or part-time

Have implemented the programming or initiative within the past 24 months from application deadline

Be able to attend the annual conference in its entirety

SHRM Foundation recognizes initiatives that demonstrate organizational commitment to creating inclusive and equitable workplaces by empowering HR emerging leaders to make decisions that promote equality.
