Geographic Scope: Mid-Mon Valley municipalities (California Borough, Donora Borough, North Charleroi Borough)

Program Purpose:
Grant to help combat crime and the opioid epidemic in the Mid Mon Valley region through installation, maintenance, repair and operation of security cameras connected to local police stations.

Eligible Uses:

  • Installation of security cameras

  • Maintenance of security cameras

  • Repair of security camera systems

  • Operation of camera systems connected to local police stations
  • Recent Awards:

  • February 27, 2020: Total of $7,500 distributed to three municipalities

  • - California Borough: $2,500
    - Donora Borough: $2,500
    - North Charleroi Borough: $2,500
