Award Amounts (Recent Examples):

• $500,000 (2023) - Four Points Brewery & Brew Pub, Monongahela
• $450,000 total (2022) - Two projects ($220,000 Morgan Excavating expansion; $230,000 Fratelli Partners industrial building)
• $2.4 million total (2020) - Six projects

Program Purpose:
Tax credits for projects that rehabilitate, expand, or improve buildings or land and create or retain family-sustaining jobs within the Enterprise Zone.

Eligible Activities:

• Building rehabilitation, expansion, or improvement
• Land development and improvement
• Job creation and retention projects
• Industrial facility construction
• Blight remediation

Recent Successful Projects:

• Four Points Brewery & Brew Pub (2023) - $500,000 credit; $3M private investment; 45 new jobs
• Morgan Excavating expansion in Speers Industrial Park (2022) - $220,000 credit
• Fratelli Partners industrial building in Alta Vista Business Park (2022) - $230,000 credit
• General Electric facility expansion and blight remediation in Speers (2020)
• Two new industrial buildings in Fallowfield (2020)
• Barchemy facility expansion in Donora (2020)
