Fact (page-stated): established in 2022 by George and Barbara Mullin in memory of their son Scott, who died in a racing accident on August 1, 2021 at age 38. The fund provides need-based financial assistance to students enrolled in Manchester Community College's Powersports program who aspire to work in the industry. In 2025 the fund was expanded to provide scholarships to graduates of public high schools in the Souhegan Valley who are enrolled at Nashua Community College, MCC, or NHTI – Concord's Community College. Fact: the fund has awarded 20 scholarships to date, and is an endowed fund held by The Foundation. The fifth annual Scott Mullin Memorial Ride on July 26, 2026 raised a record $21,000, bringing the total raised to $123,000, with proceeds supporting future scholarships.
