    Application Process

    Submission Period: March 1 through May 31 (annually)

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Submissions must be sponsored, implemented, or created between January 1 and May 31 of the submission year

  • Video submissions must be 2 minutes or less
  • Required Materials:

  • Signed releases for everyone in video or photo (download available on website)

  • All materials must be emailed to jgaulin@gi.org

  • Videos and other large files must be uploaded to Dropbox and shared with Jacqueline Gaulin at jgaulin@gi.org
  • Content Rules:

  • No trademark/copyright infringements, including copyrighted music

  • No profanity/no nudity

  • Videos should be 2 minutes or less

  • Need signed releases for everyone in video or photo
