Scholarship+

Program Overview:
Scholarship+ is an annual scholarship program open to Northwest Plus CU members interested in advancing their education or career. The scholarship can be used towards tuition, books, and other educational expenses.

Eligibility

• Must be a member in good standing for at least 60 days prior to application
• Open to:
  • Recent high school graduates
  • Current college students
  • Non-traditional students (returning to school, changing careers, or seeking additional training)
• Applicants 18 years and older must be members in good standing
• For applicants under 18 years of age, they or their parents must be a member in good standing for 60 days
• Family members of NW+ employees or volunteer officials are not eligible

Geographic Scope

• Northwest Plus CU members in Washington state (service areas include Everett, Marysville, Smokey Point, Burlington, Murphy's Corner, and Stanwood)

Application Process

1. Fill out the application form - Provide basic information (takes a few minutes)
2. Submit supporting documents:
   • Official certified transcripts (high school or college)
   • Essays
   • Personal statement
3. Submit by deadline - Complete application packet must be postmarked on or before the deadline
