CBP partners with St Ambrose Housing Aid Center and Jubilee Baltimore, Inc to help elderly and long-time homeowners repair and preserve their homes with direct financial assistance.

- Fall prevention renovations
- Accessibility improvements

Geographic Scope
Serves the following Central Baltimore neighborhoods:
- Barclay
- Charles North
- East Baltimore-Midway
- Greenmount West
- Harwood
- Old Goucher
- Remington
Eligibility Requirements
Homeowner Type: Must be one of the following:
- Legacy Homeowner: Has lived in their home for 10+ years
- Descendant: Of a previous long-term owner/occupant
- Senior Homeowner: Age 65 or above
- Disabled Homeowner: Without home modifications, would be unable to remain in home
Income Requirement:
- Total household income must be 60% or less of area median income
- Approximately $44,160 for a household of one
- Approximately $63,060 for a household of four
