Rural Community Health Fund (RCHF)

Geographic Scope: Central Texas rural communities including Bastrop, Caldwell, East Williamson, and Hays counties

Partnership: Co-administered by Greater Fayette Community Foundation and St. David's Foundation

    2024-2025 Grantees: 19 organizations awarded grants across multiple counties addressing key challenges including food insecurity, workforce development, mental health, and homelessness.
