The Royal Entomological Society believes that supporting people from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives will lead to a greater diversity of ideas and stronger innovation to address global challenges. EDI focused projects can be awarded up to £3,000. These grants provide funding to explore and improve equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) within insect science to widen participation in entomology through campaigns, events and activities to improve access to insect science for those underrepresented. These grants will also fund research and definition projects to help identify those most underserved and need of support to progress their careers and interests in entomology. Early researchers are encouraged to apply after establishing themselves within entomological studies under a mentor.Eligibility
