Applicants must be participating in some way, e.g. presenting a paper or poster or organising a session, and not just attending.Eligibility

Applicants will normally be restricted to, at most, one grant annuallystudent bursaries for the Society’s annual meetings are considered separatelyNormally only one Conference Participation award will be made per Institution for a single conference. In years where major entomological meetings occur, e.g., the International or European Congresses of Entomology, there may be a limit on the total funds available and grants will be awarded on a first-come basis. For Conference Participation Fund applications, an oral/poster presentation to or other active involvement with the conference is required Applications may be made before official acceptance of such a contribution, but any award will be conditional on such acceptance.If, for any reason, an award is agreed but not taken up, e.g., due to problems raising other funds or visa applications, the grant cannot just be carried forward to another opportunity. A fresh application must be made for consideration. You must be a member of this organization to apply for this award - become a member. CPF grants are available to Members and Fellows only, who must have been a Fellow or Member for one full calendar year prior to the date of any application.Ineligibility
