Grant Application Process

Submission Format: Online application form available at clearwaterrotary.org/online-grant-application/

Application Timeline (based on historical information from 2020):

Required Materials:
1. Organization legal name
2. Complete address and contact information
3. Contact person name, phone, and email
4. Organization website
5. Financial statement (required; accepted formats: jpg, pdf; max 5 MB)
6. Copy of IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter (required; accepted formats: jpg, pdf; max 5 MB)
7. IRS Employer Identification Number (EIN)
8. Optional supporting documents (max 5 files, 5 MB each)

Required Information to Provide:
1. Estimated total cost of project
2. Requested amount from Rotary Club
3. Proposed start date (MM/DD/YYYY format)
4. Proposed end date (MM/DD/YYYY format)
5. Number of individuals impacted by the funded program (excluding employees or volunteers)
6. Detailed description of the community problem or need addressed by the program
7. Detailed breakdown of spending intent:
- Specify each need
- Indicate if funding source is Rotary Club or alternative sources (other grants, corporate support, etc.)
8. Certification statement signed by authorized representative
9. Authorized signatory name, title, and phone number
10. Optional: Name of Rotarian recommending the application

Certification: Applicant must certify that all information and supporting materials are true and correct.
