Catholic Community Foundation Catholic Community Foundation supports the mission of the Diocese of Cleveland to provide for the spiritual, educational, and charitable needs of people throughout Northeast Ohio. The Catholic Community Foundation manages a limited number of funds which provide for annual grant opportunities to Diocesan agencies, schools, parishes and programs and other faith-based or nonprofit organizations located within the Diocese of Cleveland, whose missions are consistent with the moral and social teaching of the Catholic Church. Rooted in Faith Grant - Expanding the Educational Landscape with Innovation Expanding the Educational Landscape with Innovation grants fund innovative programs related to school curriculum, textbooks, school safety enhancements, progress in STREAM programs, and more initiatives to advance 21st century learning.
